A group of students visited Nissan in Sunderland as part of our engineering event.
They discovered how the world is changing with technology rapidly advancing and how engineering plays a major role in this. Students were given a guided Trim and Chassis tour, which offered a behind-the-scenes look at how real vehicles are built!
There was also a wind balloon-powered car challenge in which students designed and raced their own balloon-powered vehicles, exploring core engineering principles in a fun, hands-on way.
Students who attended achieved the Industrial Cadets Challenger Level Award!
