Our Year 10 food tech students have been hard at work creating homemade vanilla ice cream, elegant tuille biscuits and a rich toffee sauce, all entirely from scratch! In order to achieve this, the students had to incorporate lots of different skills that they have been developing this term, including caramelisation, moulding, shaping, tempering and emulsification. The students have shown remarkable dedication and precision when creating their desserts and they should be very proud of their efforts. Well done everyone!
