Our Year 11 students have once again achieved outstanding GCSE results affirming our school's status as one of the best schools in the region!
Nearly a third of all grades were awarded at grade 7 or above which is the equivalent of A*-A under the old grading system. In addition over 40% of students achieved grade 4 or above in the prestigious EBACC.
There are a number of outstanding individual performances including:
Thomas Cox – ten grade 9s
Anna Carlisle - nine grade 9s and a grade 8
Mio Shinohara – seven grade 9s and three grade 8s
Ragesh Kantharuvan – seven grade 9s and three grade 8s
Rihanna Evans – six grade 9s, two grade 8s and two grade 7s
Millie Clark – eight grade 9s and two grade 8s
Alex Hook, Headteacher at the Academy, said:

Beyond these outstanding grades, it's their personal and collective growth journey that deserves celebration.”
