A group of Year 10 students enjoyed an insightful (and very warm!) tour around Caterpillar as part of their Women in Engineering day. Following this, the group took part in a range of STEM based activities before getting the chance to talk to female engineers at Caterpillar. The visit was very inspiring and we look forward to future trips...
