JUNIOR ICT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

The North East Learning Trust is a growing multi-academy Trust founded by The Academy at Shotton Hall in Peterlee.

The North East Learning Trust consists of eight schools, five secondary schools and three primary schools along with Shotton Hall School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) and Shotton Hall Research School.  We are extremely proud of each Academy and our desire to constantly evaluate our impact and to seek to further enrich and support the lives of all learners and colleagues.

We are actively expanding our Trust across the north east of England, building and strengthening our Trust family as an exemplary school community.

Due to this expansion, we require an enthusiastic and energetic Junior ICT technician that will assist in providing support to partner schools. The role will involve 1st line support and working alongside senior technical staff, travel to any of our other sites may be required as and when needed.

The Junior ICT Support Technician will assist in all aspects relating to the care and maintenance of computing, audio, visual, printing and telephony equipment supporting junior staff as required.

The role is predominantly 1st line support, assisting senior technical staff as required.
