Congratulations to our Year 9 student, Leon, who attended the Together for Children's Christmas awards in Sunderland last week.
Leon won the 'Contribution to Others' award for volunteering at various events, all to raise money for charities supporting children. To raise money Leon has volunteered at sports day, the school tuck shop and Durham Rugby Club's quiz night to name but a few. He has raised an amazing £1000 so far!
Well done Leon - you are a fantastic role model!
