After talented singer, Alyssa Lawton in Year 8, scored the joint-highest grade of 96% in her Grade 3 London College of Musical Theatre exam she was invited to perform at the North East LCM Excellence Concert - and the audience were blown away by her amazing talent!
Alyssa, who sang I Know Things from Into the Woods, scored an outstanding 25/25 for her performance placing her at the top of her grade in the whole of the North East for the second year running.
The performance was so well received that she has now been asked to perform at an upcoming awards event celebrating inspirational young people from East Durham.
