Talented dancer, Zara Williams, has just returned from Barcelona with a collection of medals after her dance group were chosen to represent Team England in the Dance World Cup.
Over 20,000 competitors from around the world took part, 6,000 of them from England. They competed in various styles of dance from modern dance to nationals.
Zara and her teammates from Val Armstrong’s School of Performing Arts won four gold, two silver and one bronze medal as well as other commendable placings. Team England ranked second in the world overall.
Zara is so proud to have been given this opportunity and to be part of such an amazing team. Well done Zara!
