STEM club keep busy!

In the last few weeks, our enthusiastic STEM club have been taking part in some very exciting sessions including (their favourite) slime and explosions!

After setting Miss Poots alight (safely) one week, students made their own slime, adding different chemicals into the mixture to see what happened.

They also spent a couple of weeks producing amazing videos and essays for a National competition that looks at what civil engineers do for us today. Watch this space to see how we got on.

STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and mathematics; and with so much to explore and investigate in the four subjects, no two sessions are the same.

If this sounds like something you would be interested in, why not pop along to STEM club on Tuesdays after school? All new members welcome - see Mrs Marshall for more information.
