Congratulations to Mr Bradley who has been awarded a top prize by the Design and Technology Association for his outstanding work as a design and technology teacher and leader.
Mr Bradley was given the Design and Technology Subject Leadership Award at a ceremony at Savoy Place in London surrounded by his peers and leading figures from the design and technology world.
Speaking of the work he does to support other teacher,s the judges agreed that: "Scott is a vibrant and energetic subject leader whose passionate approach to the subject enthuses and engages young people right across the age and ability range.
"Design and technology plays a strong role in the life of the school and remains a highly oversubscribed curriculum area. Students are highly motivated and the department consistently secures outstanding examination results. Last summer 100% of students secured A to B grades and 80% A* to A grades. Scott has worked with awarding organisations, STEM learning and the D&T Association and manages an active teacher Facebook page and creates amazing resources.
