Unfortunately we have experienced some issues with our new uniform supplier, which we regret has inconvenienced some parents with none or incomplete orders. The School/Trust would like to reassure parents that we take this matter seriously and are working with the company to avoid any further confusion and to be clear as to what happens next.
All outstanding deliveries will be posted direct to home using DPD courier service which we believe will support flexible, efficient delivery to parents/guardians. The DPD service provides a text message to parents where parents are able to select a convenient delivery date during summer holidays, if in the event you are not home at the time of the arranged delivery a card will be posted through your door which will allow you to organise a further convenient delivery time.
