A group of talented students recently transformed our conference room into a 'fancy' restaurant for the evening and spoiled their lucky guests with a home-made, three course meal.
The attention to detail was impeccable; from risk assessments prior to the night to the garnishing and presentation of dishes (as you can see in the pictures) and the brilliant setup of the room. The students even organised their own outfits and designed menus for the event.
Our lucky guests described the food as 'exceptional' and everyone was impressed that students could organise and deliver such a brilliant night - well done.
