This week the kitchen has been transformed into a healthy wonderland filled with fruit kebabs and super healthy dishes for our very own healthy eating week.
The new dishes included mains such as tasty chicken risotto, vegetarian dishes such as crispy courgette bake and mouth-watering deserts such as blueberry, banana oaty loaf and pineapple, peach and cranberry pudding - yum!
Our amazing kitchen staff are in the process of putting together a new menu for next year and our healthy eating week is a way of testing out some new dishes that may, if successful, feature permanently on the menu from September. After proving to be hugely popular amongst staff and students, we will also be celebrating the national Healthy Eating week in June where we will be putting even more healthy dishes to the test - watch this space...
