What's hot, Christmassy and contains 2,000 Brussels sprouts? That's right, it's the Shotton Hall kitchen! Thank you to our AMAZING catering staff for preparing an absolutely scrumptious Christmas lunch for all our students and staff to enjoy today. Of course it is not just today they work hard, but every dinner time, serving 100s of us with delicious food.
Judging by their faces, the catering staff were thrilled to hear that we were putting their picture on the front page of our website... actually we didn't tell them until after we had taken the picture!
