Students Harrison Metcalfe-Jones and Jake Haygarth travelled down to London during the Easter holidays to play at LSO St Luke's, a venue used regularly by the BBC.
The talented two were invited down to take part in the National Orchestra For All (NOFA) spring concert. NOFA is a programme which was set up in the belief that no young person aged 11-18 should be excluded from the extraordinary artistic experience and non-musical benefits of making music. Find out more about NOFA here.
It was a huge honour and a brilliant experience for the boys to be playing in the same venue as artists such as; Shirley Bassey, Tom Jones and Micheal Buble who have each performed live concerts at LSO St Luke's.
Well done boys.
